Kate doesn’t get on her mat every day. Instead, she’s doing tree pose in the laundry room, meditating through the dishes, and practicing breathwork while hiking in the mountains with her dog. Kate believes yoga is a way of moving through life – not just making shapes in a studio. As a teacher and embodiment coach, Kate uses her knowledge to help you meet yourself where you are and explore with tender curiosity what is going on for you. Working with Kate will help you create space to give yourself the gift of your own gentle attention. Through that practice, you will find that your breath is freer, your body is more integrated, and your mind is a quieter, steadier, kinder place.
